Ravenstock MSG is pleased to announce that we have recently received accreditation from Tommy's baby charity accreditation programme.

Tommy's accreditation programme was launched in 2000 and the fundamental aim of the programme is to is to help parents-to-be, support a healthy pregnancy and promote health in the workplace during pregnancy. As a member of this programme Ravenstock MSG is committed to supporting pregnancy in the workplace. When an employee notifies the company they are pregnant they will be sent a Tommy's guide to a working pregnancy. The pack contains information and advice to help you throughout your working pregnancy. Tommy's also funds a national programme of research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.

About Tommy's

At Tommy's we believe it is unacceptable that one in four women loses a baby every year.

We want to give every baby the best chance of being born healthy, so we work to fund medical research into the causes of premature births, stillbirths and miscarriages.

By raising awareness of the facts and conducting credible research, we can support women to give their babies the best chance of being born healthy.

We provide medical professionals and parents-to-be with research-based information about pregnancy health issues that is freely available in the UK.

This includes a dedicated telephone midwife service, a comprehensive website and free books and leaflets dedicated to promoting health in pregnancy and pre-pregnancy.

We fund three research centres in the UK, including St Thomas' in London, St Mary's in Manchester and the recently established Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh, which focus their research efforts on different issues relating to pregnancy.

We are supported by people who want to do something about the lack of research and information around pregnancy issues like miscarriage, stillbirths and premature births.

By 2020 we want to halve the number of babies who die during pregnancy or birth.
