Regional Account Managers
Glasgow and Sunderland

Ravenstock MSG Limited is a key player in the portable accommodation and storage industry and our northern regional branches currently have vacancies for Regional Account Managers. We are looking for customer focused, dynamic and highly organised candidates.

Be a key representative for our market leading Construction Solutions Company. We are a nationwide organisation and in conjunction with our US parent company have over 30 years industry experience. Due to our continued success within the industry we have a number of new positions for 2008 within our dynamic sales team. These opportunities will see you selling our specialized range of storage and accommodation solutions into many diverse markets including construction, education and healthcare. You will present to a number of key decision makers on a daily basis. Candidates will display a thorough working knowledge of the sales process and be competent in face to face presentation skills and telephone selling. Whilst this is an extremely autonomous role with only 1 day a week in your Regional branch, you will have full support from our hands on Team Leader, with weekly contact to discuss sales strategy and any ideas to improve our regional sales and marketing campaigns and help us grow our £40 million annual turnover. We believe in continued staff development and have a clear progression structure throughout our organization. As part of this development you will also be given a two week award winning induction course, full product briefing as well as on going sales and career training. These are great opportunities for anyone who has previous sales experience within the construction or related industries and is based in the Glasgow or Sunderland regions.

Previous sales experience in a B2B environment would be preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and administration skills required with a high level of flexibility and commitment.

Customer Service Representatives
Aylesbury, Glasgow and Nottingham

Ravenstock MSG Limited is the UK market leader within the container hire industry, with 20 branches across the country.

We are looking for self motivated candidates who have excellent customer service and communication skills. Your duties will include account management to potential and existing customers to generate hire and sales business and you will be responsible for providing a high quality service and support to a wide range of customers. Candidates will also be required to undertake general office duties, including computer inputting. Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.

Training will be provided where necessary and we offer a competitive salary plus commission.

Customer Service Representative
Manchester (part time)

Ravenstock MSG Ltd is a key player in the portable accommodation and storage industry and our branch in Manchester currently have a vacancy for a part time Customer Service Representative to work 16 hours per week.

Candidates will be required to make out bound telesales calls ensuring all information is logged correctly and follow up enquiries to secure orders. Candidates will be required to specify technical information where required and Manage and report all pipeline work and make sure this is updated daily. Candidates will develop internal and external relationships within the Company and reach specified sales targets once they have been agreed maintaining productivity throughout. Candidates will also be required to manage and fulfil the requirements of customer needs, negotiating and building close relationships with the clients, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Experience in working in a busy sales/target driven environment and of outbound calling would be advantageous
